Surely once you have these it should be a simple matter to locate the required information in an online database. I was repeatedly asked for my serial number and case number. What was particularly frustrating in this case was the phone call to Tech support – a route suggested by an email from Adobe – that was lengthy and pointless. I do appreciate all the employees that have helped. I'm happy to report that a few moments ago I received an email containing the appropriate serial number.
